The first vinyl pressing is Sold Out. The new pressing is on Black vinyl. It still has the insert and in and orange or blue cover.

More than half of the reviewers (the ones that matter) for Max Rock n Roll named the TYRADES record of the year!

Naked Aggression
Naked Aggression is set to go out on tour; (See tour page for dates) it's been five long years, and in a recent interview with Maximum Rock-n-Roll Kirsten Patches gives the low down...
"Naked Aggression is not reforming or going to write new music. This Naked Aggression tour is a special one-time thing. I'm doing this tour as a tribute to Phil Suchomel, the guitarist and co-founder of Naked Aggression, the love of my life. I asked the members of Meet The Virus to play with me in memory of Phil.
Naked Aggression is not reforming or going to write new music."

Zounds Going Into The Studio
The long awaited follow up to the Curse of Zounds is due to be recorded during the autumn.
Asked in a recent interview about the new album Steve offered the following comments -
Most records are made by professional musicians who make records because they need money to eat,
not because they have something to communicate.
This is a perfectly acceptable form of prostitution, but it is not the Zounds way.
It has taken me twenty years to write enough good songs to make a Zounds album,
we're not pissing about.
There is a new Zounds web site under construction at
www.zoundsonline.co.uk
FM Knives
FM KNIVES will record a 2 song 7" single for Dirtnap Records some time this year. Their second full length will be on Broken Rekids and probably come out sometime early in 2004. The first clear vinyl pressing of the FM KNIVES LP sold out so we repressed it on blue vinyl.
Here's a recent FM KNIVES interview.
A Message from Steve Moriarty of THE GITS
We recently reclaimed the rights to our two, out of print, studio albums, "Frenching the Bully" and "Enter... the Conquering Chicken". We have been working with producer Jack Endino to re-mix the original master tapes. We will be re-releasing "Frenching..." on June 9, and "Enter..." in October of 2003.
They are sounding amazing and with bonus tracks, each album will contain 22 tracks. Our long-time partner Brokenrekids will release the albums and they will be distributed by Mordam Records.
We began work on a documentary film with film makers Jessy Bender and Kerri O'Kane of Knockout Productions in L.A. We are still shooting but its going really well, and it should be close to completion by the fall 2003.
Visit TheGitsMovie.com for more info.
After ten bloody years of searching for the bastard, DNA has implicated a man in the murder of Mia. The scumbag was arraigned on April 8th, 2003 in King County Superior Court on charges of first degree murder. Hopefully the case will go to trial soon, but we are prepared for a long process. At least its off the street.
Thank you for all the support over the years and for your interest in the music of The Gits.
CHEERS! Steve Moriarty
THE FEEDERZ
The new Feederz beastie
"Vandalism: Beautiful As A Rock In A Cop's Face".
is out now on CD and vinyl. The vinyl has different art not found in the cd version. Broken Rekids will be releasing the first FM KNIVES CD along with a imited first pressing clear vinyl LP version on March 10 2003.
But, you can order it now.
Here's a review by someone who wrote on the feederz guestbook... "I JUST PICKED UP THE NEW CD. AND IT KICKS ASS. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF... MOST GOOD BANDS THAT RECORD AN
ALBUM FIFTEEN OR MORE YEARS THAN THEIR LAST ALBUM, MOSTLY SUCK ASS. AND ARE NOT WORTH BUYING.
NOT TRUE WITH THIS ALBUM. IT STANDS UP TO THE OTHER FEEDERZ RECORDS. AND IF YOU DONT HAVE IT GO FUCKING
BUY IT...OR STEAL IT...OR TAPE IT FROM YOUR FRIEND. YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE NEW VERSION OF "JESUS". IT IS BREATHTAKING. "
For more FEEDERZ info & MP3's check out their website.
There is an outstanding article on the FEEDERZ in the SF WEEKLY.

ZOUNDS REACTIVATE
A message from Steve Lake... During the past few months I played a number of gigs performing
material
from the Curse of Zounds, and the Crass and Rough Trade singles. Most
recently this has been with Protag and Stick on bass and drums.
Protag has been associated with Zounds in various capacities since the
early
days on Rough Trade.
Stick is a kindred spirit and capable of beating seven kinds of crap
out of
his drums, so that's all right.
People have been calling this Zounds, and when I listen to the
recordings I
think of it as Zounds
For years Ihave been ignoring this stuff, and for years I have been
saying I
did not want anything to do with Zounds.
So, bearing all this in mind;
Protag, Stick and myself will as of this moment be performing as
Zounds.
Some people will be pleased about this and some will be pissed off, but
ultimately most people won't give a toss either way. There really are
more
important things to worry about.
What happened? I changed my mind.
Love to everybody.
