Listen to *I'm Freezing* by clicking here.

Feel like I've been skinned alive so much gone
taken away, no cover for what I gotta do
Freezing in a corner, give me a coat
I'll give the necessary details to you
I'm begging to hear voices of the scavengers
over these bunny punk shoppers
We're faceless beggars, I yelled this on the
street and they blankly stared through all of us,
What good are society's statutes
when we see what their morals decree?
American spirit? Shoo American ghosts
wearing leather cuz their backs can't take the heat
And the college kid says there's nothing wrong here,
nothings hidden cuz I can't think to see
Violence prone, who teaches this violence to be shown?
Who's starving the starved?
I've seen you strangle your children,
damn their truths
erase any urge they might of learned in youth
I gotta wonder about insanity in degrees
I can't stomach hypocrisy looking at our streets
You say I'm whacked when I swear I've seen a
circle jerk around a lynching tree
Feel like I'm hollering hoarse
like a deutch commie in 19, 1933
I saw Walker losing his sanity
Chasing tracks spinning outta control
I only judge sanity in its degrees
I can't stomach hypocrisy looking at our streets

— You can figure this out, but I gotta ask you, who is more insane: the fella that blows his life away somehow/way or the person who is part of the ruling class, completely set for life, that can indiscriminately pass laws punishing the most vulnerable and in the same day drop bombs on civilians walking to the market... all in the name of counter terrorism or budget cuts, or national security's corporate pocket? Is someone flipping out losing sense of self on your urban street in need of your help or in need of a brutal fist and inhuman concrete prison? Wonder that, and about degrees of insanity and crime, as you read the headlines.
